MSAG AT DEPARTMENT OF LABOR

MSAG was awarded a BPA with the Department of Labor (DOL), for Employee Benefits Security Administration, with Capital Planning and Investment Control Support Services.

MSAG is working in Capital Planning and Investment Services for the Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS). We develop and maintain Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) system-related capital planning documentation in support of the DOL IT Governance process.

MSAG also performs requirements development activities for EBSA systems upon request.  Other efforts include: project planning; compliance documentation; program performance tracking and management; program earned value management (EVM); EA “Target Architecture” standardization; risk mitigation documentation; IT security analysis; system engineering documentation; program cost and schedule tracking and management under a project work breakdown structure (PWBS); and project administrative review and reporting to DOL.

MSAG will be supporting DOL’s quarterly and/or bi-annual IT investment review process with project-specific EA documentation updates and review summaries to Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) under the Electronic Capital Planning Investment Control
