ITES-3S includes a full range of services and solutions for the Army to support Army Enterprise infostructure and infrastructure goals with IT services throughout CONUS and OCOUNS locations, including warzone areas. It includes the services and solutions for the Army to transition from current service-centric information environments to the enterprise Joint Information Environment (JIE).
