MSAG’s environmental-footprint strategy seeks to address greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and waste across our entire operation as we continually strive to strengthen our environmental practices.

We have set science-based emission-reduction targets for direct and indirect emissions from purchased energy (Scope 1 & 2 emissions) and other indirect emissions (Scope 3 emissions). The targets include reducing our absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 25 percent by 2028 from a 2023 base year and reducing our Scope 3 GHG emissions from business travel by 30 percent per employee over the same timeframe.

MSAG’s 2023 GHG Emissions Report states,  “As an office-based company, with a large fraction of employees working remotely, the only source of Scope 1 and 2 emissions is electricity used in company-leased office space. Space heating is done via electric heating, and there are no sources of mobile emissions, refrigerants, or process emissions owned or controlled by the company.”
