Robert Reznikoff
Chief Executive Officer

Robert Reznikoff is a Bachelor of Science in Economics graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Following his graduation, he served as a Naval Officer in the Supply Corps as a Disbursing Officer aboard the USS Norton Sound. His subsequent assignment was as a Navy Exchange Officer for the U.S. Naval Academy.

Following his military service, he entered the retail chain store business rising to Senior Vice President for Child World Stores, a publicly traded corporation second only to Toys R Us. He left Child World Stores to begin his own business, where he developed three large toy stores prior to an early retirement.

Following his entrepreneurial success, he joined MicroSystems Automation Group as its CEO. Mr. Reznikoff brings his strong management and financial experience to MSAG—playing a key strategic role in building the infrastructure necessary to support MSAG’s growth.

Jim Reznikoff
Executive Vice President of Operations

Jim offers over 25 years of experience managing client relationships and providing strategic support to MSAG’s clients. He has managed programs with more than 16 active projects, and provides strong leadership to his team of professionals. He is responsible for providing a culture and environment that brings the best out of his staff. He is known for innovative thinking identifying solutions for product development, thorough analysis, and technical expertise for targeted solutions.

Mr. Reznikoff served in many roles since MSAG’s inception. In the early years, he was responsible for business development and client services. As the company grew, Jim became responsible for overseeing bookkeeping and managing the software development staff. He was responsible for creating several operational systems for the company including the employee manual and the company policies.

Mr. Reznikoff is active in several organizations including serving as membership chair for the World Entrepreneur Organization, is an active participant in his synagogue’s brotherhood, and is a member in good standing with the Northern Virginia Technology Council and American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT/IAC).

Steve Reznikoff
Executive Vice President of Business Development

Steve is responsible for business development and establishing strategic relationships with other organizations and individuals that complements MSAG’s offerings and supports our clients. He provides leadership to the business development staff and is responsible for the sales growth of the company and implementing strategic goals.

He has served as a lead architect and project manager serving the financial services, manufacturing, telecom, health care, and insurance industries. More recently, he has been involved in projects related to federal and state law enforcement, government agency collaboration, data assurance, and the creation of digital dashboards.

Mr. Reznikoff is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and has served on the organization’s board  for the last four years. He founded the EO Fed Group a consortium of federal contractors within the EO who share best practices and collaborate on federal projects. Mr. Reznikoff is a dynamic speaker, having presented at various events on quality business management and leadership, including one hosted by SmartCEO. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.
